0. Create account in Sina weibo.
1.At first, fill Your Profile as many as possible. (Photo of your face, Your company or school, Your favorites, etc.)
2. Before add users to your followers, you must post over 10 微博(weibo = tweet) in your wall with a photo about what you favorite or interest something.
